Hello! I hope you found this lesson useful, now, lets get into the critiquing:
1) Organic Arrows: They are nice, they flow continuously, and have nice angles. I'd recommend on doing a few more focusing on the depth, trying to really imply they came from far behind the page, so you start getting used to these angles, later on it'll be very important.
2) Organic Forms with Contour Lines: they are ok, the lines are continuous, wich shows good confidence. I feel they all look a little bit too similar (in the same angles) and you could try some strange ones, but same as before, the bases are well setted. If you desire, I'd recommend doing a few more trying to challenge to think in different situations, maybe more elongated ones, and bent in different angles across the body of the sausage. Also sometimes the minor axis is a little off, but you corrected it across the pages, so congrats on overcoming this problem!
3) Texture Analysis: I liked this one, you did really well on representing the textures, you focused on the cast shadows wich is really good, and the gradient is really well done.
4) Dissections: This one is fine, the first ones look a little bit flat, but then you improve a lot in this aspect and bring very solid and nice looking textures. Nice job!
5) Form Intersections: This one is also really good, there are some complex intersections that you did very well, congrats, there's not much to say about this one.
6) Organic Intersections: These are mostly ok, they flow nicely around each other and have some weight. The shading could have some improvements with the wrapping of the cast shadows, but it's majorly ok.
I think you are ready for the next lesson, all of the exercises are done arround the main focus and fulfill them.
Keep in mind these recomendations in points 1 and 2, if you have some time give them a little try, have fun while doing some weird sausages and arrows, this will come in handy for the next lessons.

Have fun with lesson 3!
