What exercises to do when warming up?

It occurred to me recently when going through my warmup routine: should ALL the exercises from lesson 1 and 2 be used as warmups? Or are some of them meant to be left out? Stuff like rotated boxes and texture analysis take quite a lot of time, and I feel that doing them in short sessions don't do much for me. Is there any word from Uncomfortable on which specific exercises should we do?
