Duuuude! That's pretty cool. I'd hate to be standing under it when it takes off though XD It must have nasty exhaust!

I do like the look of the markers. I've not had a chance to try them much; I've used quite a bit of brush pen, but markers offer a much greater value range which would be nice. For lighter values I usually just use Prismacolor, but maybe I'll get to try markers some time.

Some of you may remember James Gurney's breathtaking work in the Dinotopia series. This is easily my favourite book on the topic of colour and light, and comes highly recommended by any artist worth their salt. While it speaks from the perspective of a traditional painter, the information in this book is invaluable for work in any medium.
