Hi, congrats on finishing the lesson 1 homework! i'll give you some critique.

Firstly, on your lines. Your superimposed lines are quite smooth and confident, good job. There's a slight bit of fraying on both endsin some of them, especially on the longer lines in the first page. Though it seems on your second page you've fixed that problem so i think it's alright. Your ghosted lines are also quite smooth and confident, good job on that too.

Next, on your ellipses. Your table of ellipses are done quite well. All of them are drawn through confidently and are within bounds. Same for your table of ellipses. Your funnels are also quite well done. Only thing i got to point out are the funnels in the bottom left where the ellipses are slanted, instead of being aligned to the minor axis (the long line cutting through them).

Finally, on your boxes. Your plotted perspective are great, nothing to say about them. On your rough perspective though, your line confidence dropped quite a bit, so they're quite wobbly at times. My advice on this is to take your time with your boxes. Plan it out, ghost your lines until you're confident to draw them. Remember that what we're aiming in this lesson is smooth and confident lines, not accuracy necessary. Also i've seen that you've corrected some of your lines. Lines should only be drawn once, if you've made a mistake, just leave it. Your rotated box are quite good. The gaps between boxes are narrow and consistent (save for the boxes at the corners, but that's alright, this isn't an easy assignment), and they've got a nice rotation. Your organic perspective are alright, they have the same mistake of wobbly lines like on the rough perspective boxes.

Overall, i've seen that you've understood most of the lesson really well. Only thing i've got to say is that you should always prioritize your lines being smooth and confident first. Just practice/do some of the exercises in this homework (ghosted lines/planes, table of ellipses, funnels) in your warmups and your accuracy will improve over time.

Next Steps:

Just remember to practice with your lines in your warmup, and feel free to do the 250 box challenge.

Well done

-I see few wobbly lines most of your lines are really confident and straight.

-The ellipses were good too tho in funnel exercise they were not aligned but at least you made an attempt.

-I think it's ok to move on with 250 boxes.

Color and Light by James Gurney

Some of you may remember James Gurney's breathtaking work in the Dinotopia series. This is easily my favourite book on the topic of colour and light, and comes highly recommended by any artist worth their salt. While it speaks from the perspective of a traditional painter, the information in this book is invaluable for work in any medium.
