Kimodameshi, usually translated as "test of courage.

Kimodameshi is usually played in the summer, in group activities such as school club trips or camping. At night, group of people visit scary places such as a cemetery, haunted house, or a forest path to carry out specific missions there.

It's a common tv trope in anime when they're on a beach during summer.

So what's a goblin's greatest fear? Horses apparently.
