Need help remembering what warmups you can do? I made a spreadsheet!

My memory is god awful and as I was progressing I realized that there were a lot of exercises that you add over time, making it very easy to forget and neglect some. So I went and made a spreadsheet! Feel free to make a copy to edit it as needed, as it is a tool that I hope people can benefit from.
It's got automatic formatting to make filling it out easier, so I included some instructions on how to edit that. And I've included my own personal edition (updated as I progress through DaB) in another tab to see an example :3
I don't need any credit, but if you edit your version I advise you link any friends to the original version!
