Lines

Superimposed Lines

You did great on these honestly, the main complaint I have is that your horizontal lines unintentionally arch a bit.

I think you might need to practice moving your whole arm in your free time and focus on trying to keep lines as straight as possible.

Ghosted Lines

Your lines are pretty smooth and mostly straight. The one issue you have is that your lines missing their targeted dot, but thats

You really don’t need too much extra advice besides to make sure when you move your arm, that you’re as confident as possible before you let it rip. Also make sure you rotate your page if you’re having any trouble moving your arm.

Ghosted Planes

Your planes are done very well. There are planes that are close to the edge of the page that warp a little, but drawing near the edge is hard so that’s fine.

I suppose I’ll also mention that the lines that form your planes and the + and x lines inside the planes miss their target dots sometimes.

Nothing to really add for advice aside from practicing arm movement in your free time.

Ellipses

Table of Ellipses

You didn’t do bad with your ellipses for the most part, but some of your ellipses look a little rushed. Make sure you do a circling ghost motion as much as you need to make sure you can make confident looking ellipses.

Once again, not much to say about these, aside from some of your ellipses being a little rushed looking. Nice job.

Ellipses in Planes

These are done very well, the only complaint I have is that some of your ellipses are a little too thin or don’t properly touch each side of the planes they’re inside of.

One last thing I'd like to note for the future, if you’re asked to keep an assignment for later use on another assignment in the future, please take a picture of the assignment before you do the assignment you saved it for. Basically, when you did the ghosted planes without the ellipses inside of them would have been nice to have.

Funnels

You did very well on these aside from a few looking a little rushed again and a few ellipses being slightly misaligned, neither of which are bad enough to be a big deal.

Some of your minor axes (line in the middle of the funnels) don’t cut all the way through some of your funnels. The smallest funnel looks like it doesn’t have a minor axis because it doesn’t cut all the way through.

This is a nitpick, but I would have liked to see your ellipses get bigger the further they get away from the minor axis (this wasn’t required to do if I remember correctly).

One last thing, the funnel on the bottom of the page and the two funnels located on the right don’t have an even amount of ellipses. I’m not sure if you did this because of a lack of space, but be aware of how much room you have so you don’t make things too large for you to fit everything.

You did great on this aside from the minor mistakes I pointed out. If you’d like to add those extra ellipses to those three funnels I mentioned then you can, but it’s not something I think is required.

Boxes

Plotted Perspective

You did good on these. No complaints about the quality of any of these boxes.

Rough Perspective

You did very well on these too, only complaint I have is the two boxes on the far left have red lines that go on infinitely, but that might be because of the angle you drew your lines at.

Rotated Boxes This assignment is supposed to be hard so this’ll be short

You did VERY GOOD on this! The only complaints I have is the top right is a little weirdly shaped and the front side of the boxes lines could be a little darker to make it easier to see.

One last thing I’ll point out is that some of the boxes look like they have a few too many redone lines, but it’s not too bad.

I’m super impressed by how well you did on these, especially those corners. The corners are super hard to do, but you did amazing on them in my opinion.

Organic Perspective This one is also pretty hard, so this will also be short

You did really well on these too, but some of the boxes are a little weirdly shaped. This is a common problem so it’s not a bad thing, especially since most of your boxes are pretty well done for being freehanded.

I think the boxes that get closer could have darker lines, but this is an optional thing and not required.

These last two assignments are extremely difficult, but you did very well on this and the rotated boxes assignment. The mistakes you made on this are common mistakes that people make so nothing to worry about at this point.

Final Thoughts

You did very well on most of your assignments. Most mistakes you make are common mistakes that can be fixed by practicing arm movements in your free time. You did great!
