Hello and good job getting through lesson 1, I'll be checking your homework today, I'll break it down into sections
Lines
You did good at stopping on your ghosted lines, in later exercies you seem to worry about making the mark too much and your lines didn't come out as confident as they could be.
Ellipses
The circles are okay, I suggest you go for the 3rd loop when doing ellipses in the future and take a little more time to ghost as well as using your whole arm.
Boxes
Your rough perspective is off the mark a little too often, some of the lines aren't very clear or not marked, either way its hard to tell, but the rest of the exercises are pretty good
Next Steps:
Before moving on I'll need 1 page of Rough Perspective from you, Try not to go past the horizon line when checking with the ruler line, also keept your boxes in the middle of the horizon or above/below it, it will make it easier to ghost the box lines with the vanishing point, they deform a little too much otherwise, you'll get plenty of practice later, I just need to make sure you understood the assignment.
Ellipse Master Template
This recommendation is really just for those of you who've reached lesson 6 and onwards.
I haven't found the actual brand you buy to matter much, so you may want to shop around. This one is a "master" template, which will give you a broad range of ellipse degrees and sizes (this one ranges between 0.25 inches and 1.5 inches), and is a good place to start. You may end up finding that this range limits the kinds of ellipses you draw, forcing you to work within those bounds, but it may still be worth it as full sets of ellipse guides can run you quite a bit more, simply due to the sizes and degrees that need to be covered.
No matter which brand of ellipse guide you decide to pick up, make sure they have little markings for the minor axes.
