Had to recreate the first three pages later due the original ones getting lost, hope this doesn't affect things too much.

First Ghosted Planes - Lines are wobbly I appreciate you noticed this and dramatically improved on the second one.

Ellipses - Draw each ellipse through 2 or 3 times https://drawabox.com/lesson/1/tablesofellipses/drawingthrough

Organic Perspective - Try to change the sizes of the boxes to make them appear closer or farther away and utilize more of the frame. https://drawabox.com/lesson/1/roughperspective/guessing

Next Steps:

I would recommend attempted to do the ellipse table one more time ensure you go around the ellipse twice. https://drawabox.com/lesson/1/tablesofellipses

I would recommend re-attempting the organic perspective exercise with a dramatic change in box size from one side to the other. https://drawabox.com/lesson/1/organicperspective

The lines are good, didn't fray on both sides, and were confident.

Ellipses Section:

(Fixed with the additional Table see reply) 1. Ellipses must be drawn through ellipses 2 to 3 times (2 times preferably)

Box Section:

Fixed with additional Organic Perspective) 1. Organic Perspective: all boxes are the same size.

Overall, great job. The only mistakes on the checklist have been corrected. I would recommend this student continue to the 250-box challenge.

A lot of my students use these. The last time I used them was when I was in high school, and at the time I felt that they dried out pretty quickly, though I may have simply been mishandling them. As with all pens, make sure you're capping them when they're not in use, and try not to apply too much pressure. You really only need to be touching the page, not mashing your pen into it.

On the flipside, they tend to be on the cheaper side of things, so if you're just getting started (beginners tend to have poor pressure control), you're probably going to destroy a few pens - going cheaper in that case is not a bad idea.

In terms of line weight, the sizes are pretty weird. 08 corresponds to 0.5mm, which is what I recommend for the drawabox lessons, whereas 05 corresponds to 0.45mm, which is pretty close and can also be used.
