Thank you for the valuable feedback. Picking up on a few of your points.
Adding line weight, this time I have ensured that I only pass over once or twice even if they aren't quite what I ghosted and planned.
Vanishing points. I re-read everything and looked at that great diagram with the corners at the VP. I did understand this I believe, I think in my head I thought it was acceptable and was trying to do both extremes, without thinking about what that meant. I believe I have done what you have asked this time, so if there are still issues then I may need to approach it differently. However I am sure I have some foreshortening in every box this time, even if it is subtle.
The video with how you work out the dots without committing to the outside was helpful in not committing too soon. I think all my boxes have come out a bit better because of that. I did that approach for every box. The few times my lines came out way off was due to probably not taking quite enough time, or ghosting and marking the line didn't mark as intended.
I also added markings for all my hatching lines and took time to ghost each one.
