Remember to prioritize confidence over accuracy. I can see a tiny bit of wobble in many of your lines and especially ellipses. Make your marks as accurately as you can without losing confidence. Once you start drawing the mark you should already be confident in the movement if you've applied the ghosting method properly.
For your boxes i think you should try to remember the convergence. In both the rotated boxes exercise and the organic perspective exercise a lot of your boxes have parallel lines where they should converge much more. Again i suggest you use the ghosting method to find a direction that converges before committing to a line. But you'll have plenty of time to practice that if you move on to the 250 box challenge

Okay, thank you very much for your feedback! I'll keep all this in mind when I'm doing the 250 box challenge.

A lot of my students use these. The last time I used them was when I was in high school, and at the time I felt that they dried out pretty quickly, though I may have simply been mishandling them. As with all pens, make sure you're capping them when they're not in use, and try not to apply too much pressure. You really only need to be touching the page, not mashing your pen into it.
In terms of line weight, the sizes are pretty weird. 08 corresponds to 0.5mm, which is what I recommend for the drawabox lessons, whereas 05 corresponds to 0.45mm, which is pretty close and can also be used.
