Overall, great execution.

Rough perspective exercise; I see a pattern of weak lines. Perhaps some of the boxes were drawn at the elbow? Maybe the lines were marked without ghosting?

I'm led to believe the table of ellipses exercises were drawn without much ghosting. A number of the ellipses have sharp corners. The ellipses in planes, a few do not make enough contact with the edges of the planes.

I like the way you darkened some of the lines in the organic boxes exercise.

Next Steps:

Hold onto your technique as you move forward to the next lesson. Give yourself time to stage your marks with ghosting.

Hi!

Wasn't shure what kind of feedback could be on this level, but your vision became really useful.

I agree with all of your observations.

Thank you for your time and attentiveness.

Rapid Viz

Rapid Viz

Rapid Viz is a book after mine own heart, and exists very much in the same spirit of the concepts that inspired Drawabox. It's all about getting your ideas down on the page, doing so quickly and clearly, so as to communicate them to others. These skills are not only critical in design, but also in the myriad of technical and STEM fields that can really benefit from having someone who can facilitate getting one person's idea across to another.

Where Drawabox focuses on developing underlying spatial thinking skills to help facilitate that kind of communication, Rapid Viz's quick and dirty approach can help students loosen up and really move past the irrelevant matters of being "perfect" or "correct", and focus instead on getting your ideas from your brain, onto the page, and into someone else's brain as efficiently as possible.
