Hey:) So this is my submission for prompt "Fantasy Ice Cream Cart"

This is a gnome tinkerer who invented a special way to combine ice with fruit and get ice cream! As for now he only has 4 flavors, but he is planning to expand his enterprise soon! Also he has this mechanical arm umbrella just to protect himself from the sun.

To be honest, I kind of feel a bit of burnout after 7 days, but it's completely my fault that I took this challenge more seriously and decided to do the full illustrations, definitely gonna need a few days break from illustrating on ipad now :D

But I am very happy how the drawings turned out and it was a very cool experience! Definitely learned a lot.

Also I know the perspective is not that great in this one. :D

Thanks for watching!

You have made some really nice pictures these last 7 days. I feel what you're saying; I can take these prompts pretty seriously too; but I love how much they stretch me to be more creative, purposeful, and productive. Enjoy your rest and do some drawing just for you ;)

I think the perspective for this image works quite well.

Like the Staedtlers, these also come in a set of multiple weights - the ones we use are F. One useful thing in these sets however (if you can't find the pens individually) is that some of the sets come with a brush pen (the B size). These can be helpful in filling out big black areas.

Still, I'd recommend buying these in person if you can, at a proper art supply store. They'll generally let you buy them individually, and also test them out beforehand to weed out any duds.
