Arrows
They look mostly good but a few things.
1.Don't rush your hatching, do it carefully and be sure that the lines start at the edges of the arrows, just like with superimposed or ghosted lines.
2.Don't be afraid to overlap your 2 curves. There are some instances where you don't.
3.There are some places where you don't connect the arrows, make sure the arrows are 3d things and that there aren't lines left floating.
And 4, you can improve them too, by trying to exaggerate more exponentially how the arrows get bigger as they get closer to the viewer, both the space between folds and the size of the arrows themselves
Organic forms
They're looking good, mostly kept as the shapes we're aiming for, though some pinch or bulge, getting away from those shapes we're aiming, be careful with it.
Degrees aren't shifting much, which I think I already commented on the discord and you already understand, but just to note it down here.
Textures
Pretty good overall, nitpicking a bit, on the second gradation, the transition towards white should have started sooner and be smoother, and the craki stone could wrap a bit better around the form of the sausage.
Form intersections
Good job here as well, you have some issues with mantaining a consistent foreshortening sometimes, so remember that that's what we're aiming for in this exercise, and that it's easier if you do it by aiming for shallow foreshortening.
Organic intersections
Just like I said on the discord, try to aim for more simple shapes, draw through your forms, and try to do the whole exercise simpler at first. Noted here a few of these things here so it's a bit more clear.
Next Steps:
Just like I said before, I want to see 1 more page of organic forms with ellipses, be sure to think of the degrees of the ellipses and to think about the shapes we're aiming, and 2 more pages of organic intersections, taking in mind the things I said, good luck and keep up the good work!

Your sausage's shapes are good, the ellipses are a bit floating into the sausage, but it's fine as long as you keep your ellipses confident. As you them more and more in your warmups, your accuracy on those ellipses will get better.
The shifting on the ellipses is still too slight, in some cases it almost seems like it doesn't shift. Try to push it more.
In the organic intersections, what I already said in the discord of drawing through your forms, which you already fixed on your second page, and a few things more. And a few things I noted here specially making your shadows wrap around the form and using overlaps, try to think more about those things.
Next Steps:
You're doing a good job so I'm marking this as complete. Good luck on lesson 3, and keep up the good work!
Color and Light by James Gurney
Some of you may remember James Gurney's breathtaking work in the Dinotopia series. This is easily my favourite book on the topic of colour and light, and comes highly recommended by any artist worth their salt. While it speaks from the perspective of a traditional painter, the information in this book is invaluable for work in any medium.
