Hello there and congrats on completing the challenge I realize that it's really kind of a slog to get through. So you were running into some pretty serious convergence issues on the first couple of pages here. You always want to think about the vanishing points that the lines are going to in your head as you draw boxes as explained in this little graphic here. https://i.imgur.com/8PqQLE0.png That said you got a lot more consistent with getting nice solid boxes with much more slight convergence problems as you worked through these pages. You still had some weird outliers as you challenged yourself with some slightly different boxes than what you were comfortable with and that is great and is one of the best ways to improve. Overall though this was a massive improvement over those first few pages. Your line quality was excellent throughout and great job extending your boxes back and checking your work as I think that really helped you improve. I would keep boxes in your warmups for a while as there is still room for improvement. Anyways, great submission and good luck with lesson 2!

Pentel Pocket Brush Pen

Pentel Pocket Brush Pen

This is a remarkable little pen. Technically speaking, any brush pen of reasonable quality will do, but I'm especially fond of this one. It's incredibly difficult to draw with (especially at first) due to how much your stroke varies based on how much pressure you apply, and how you use it - but at the same time despite this frustration, it's also incredibly fun.

Moreover, due to the challenge of its use, it teaches you a lot about the nuances of one's stroke. These are the kinds of skills that one can carry over to standard felt tip pens, as well as to digital media. Really great for doodling and just enjoying yourself.
