Some of you had mentioned that you were struggling with muscle soreness after drawing. I had the same issue so I made up this stretching routine. I have been doing these before I draw as well as a redo of one of the past exercises for a warm up before my drawing sessions. These are NOT MY ILLUSTRATIONS. I just searched on google images then collected and organized various stretches that I found to be benificial. I hope these help someone else!
