You were absolutely correct that at some point I stopped drawing dots to plan my lines. I'm not sure why I stopped.. Perhaps I was emulating what I saw in the video demonstrations, where points were no longer being drawn in later exercises.

I also did try a couple times to draw with my elbow, instead of my shoulder, just to see how the lines would turn out. (Turns out the lines were more curved, but the control over my line's length improved). 99% of the time I was drawing with my shoulder though, so I'll have to figure out why those lines were also curving.

I'll take all your suggestions to heart and apply them in the warmups and box challenge!
