Your notes to yourself are so wholesome and a great idea. It shows you're really putting thought and effort into these exercises which is awesome. Your Superimposed Lines are like butter. Great job keeping the fraying to a minimum and having virtually no fray at the starting point. That shows you are controlling where you are placing your pen and not rushing.

Your Ghosted Lines are very smooth and show no signs of hesitation. You also have extraordinary accuracy in hitting both points. Obviously, the longer lines are not as accurate (sometimes they go longer than the point or are a little off) but the point of the exercise is to get a confident line which you did, and I'm sure you will get more accurate with the longer lines with more practice.

The Ghosted Planes look great as well. You can tell you did not rush with them as your lines are steady and hit the points with precision. There are a couple of wonky lines on one of the pages haha I made the same mistake of just drawng a line from the halfway point without taking into consideration the perspective of the quadrilateral. It looks like you got the hang of it with all of the other boxes though so nice job.

You did a great job with the superimposed lines on the first page. You can tell that a lot of effort was put into the starting points because there is minimal fraying at the beginning of your lines. Only the curved lines have a bit more fraying on both ends but I'm sure you can easily fix that with focus and practice. On the second page of the superimposed lines, it looks like the lines were a bit rushed only because there is much more fraying. Again, I still think you did a great job overall with the superimposed lines.
