Lines: Very well done i have no complaints:) (I like how you filled the pages to the fullest)

Okay up until now, I have gave feedback to two people and i have written quiet a lot. But with you now that I went trough all of your work. I'm amazed.. your lines are so straight your boxes (especially the organic boxes exercise) are so on point!

In my humble opinion you've done an amazing job, much better then me to be honest:)

    Good Luck and have fun!

Lines: I think you did okay you were starting them from the same point but then you were sometimes a little fast and thats why I think your lines sometimes stretch out further then you wanted. Also the pages are not filled enough. Especially the ghosted lines exercise.

The boxes and ellipses in them look like they were done in a hurry and again the page is not filled enough in my opinion but it not that bad.

Also be careful with drawing ellipses they should be touching their border ellipses and the edges that you made so do that a little slower.

Funnels exercise the same complaint as with drawing ellipses before but the page is filled and thats nice

    :)

The boxes, first exercise should be done with ruler and i think yours is not.

The second exercise one point perspective hand drawn boxes are okay you just have to draw extended edges with a ruler and you'll be fine:)

The rotated boxes. The boxes should be drawn fully with all edges visible. Also the corner boxes should be rotated more visibly.

Organic boxes I think you did okay:D

Overall i think you should take a little more time and draw slower and think more before you put your pen on the paper.

Also try to get a paper that is not in a notebook because pages in notebook are a little curved. Just plain A4 paper will do:)

    Good luck and have fun!

    Next Steps:

Ghosted lines exercise: Fill the page with more lines and do it slowly.

One more page of ellipses in boxes, also do it a little slower.

One more page of ellipses in rows.. draw them so they will touch each other and border edges.

Draw the two point perspective boxes with a ruler.

Finish the one point perspective freehand boxes. (add the extended edges that go back to the horizon)

Draw the rotated boxes exercise once again (all edges visible, boxes in corers very rotated, help yourself with pictures, take them as reference)

    And take your time!

    bye:)

Lines: I think you start out okay and every line is going from the same point aka no stray in the beginning but then you start to be to fast and the lines have a lot of straying. I would recommend you to take a little more time and also to fill the pages a little more. That way you will get more practice.

When you were doing ghosted lines you were on point but i the lines look like they were drawn in a hurry so i recommend you to be confident like you are but a little slower.

Ellipses are looking okay but i would also recommend going a little slower.

Also if you are drawing big ellipses try to be very exact at drawing them so they touch the borders that they should so it looks good.

The boxes in perspective exercise is looking very neat and tidy well done:)

The free hand boxes in one point perspective my only suggestion is to not make points or corners so visible just gost line and maybe a little almost invisible dot so you can fix your lines maybe in the process of drawing.

When you shaded the round boxes ylu just went over everything with the texture pointed in the same direction that makes the drawing not so believable. And also the boxes in the corners are not turned enough. I recommend retrying this exercise.

I think you did the organic boxes very well better then me so i have no complaints well done:)

    Overall very nicely done!

    Good luck and have fun!

    Next Steps:

Retry the rotated boxes exercise and then you are ready to go to 250 box challenge:)

Ellipse Master Template

Ellipse Master Template

This recommendation is really just for those of you who've reached lesson 6 and onwards.

I haven't found the actual brand you buy to matter much, so you may want to shop around. This one is a "master" template, which will give you a broad range of ellipse degrees and sizes (this one ranges between 0.25 inches and 1.5 inches), and is a good place to start. You may end up finding that this range limits the kinds of ellipses you draw, forcing you to work within those bounds, but it may still be worth it as full sets of ellipse guides can run you quite a bit more, simply due to the sizes and degrees that need to be covered.

No matter which brand of ellipse guide you decide to pick up, make sure they have little markings for the minor axes.
