Hellooo ,im Barus and ill be reviewing your Lesson 1 homework :)

    1. Superimposed Lines

The fraying is only visible at the end of your Lines wich showes you took the time to start each stroke on the same point , so good job there!!But ive noticed that sometimes your lines waver, something that could help with that problem is a to focus on the end point and to draw confidently ,it also helps to draw the lines quiker and to not taking it slow.

But all in all youve done this Exercise Well!

    2.Ghosted Lines

Here your ghosted lines only wobbel 2 or 3 times wich is an improvement! so good job

You did a great job of having your lines end up near or on the final dot, keep practicing this exercise (and the others) in your warmups to get even better at it!

    3.Ghosted Planes

You did a great job with the ghosted plains, acidentally going a bit farther than the end points is completly normal in the beginning ,so just keep practecing,it also seems as though youve been ghosting the lines before you execute them wich is good!

    4.Tables of Ellipses

Youve drawn through your elipsis twice and its also apperant that you tried to fit every ellipse and circle snugly along the borders of your tables good job, it is tough to achieve but as long as you keep striving for it you'll improve!

Your ellipses are evenly shaped and appear smooth good job! Getting a perfect ellipse is a really hard job but you'll have time to work on it through your warmups.

    5.Ellipses in Planes

You drew through your elipses more than once and its apperant that youve tried and managed to have the elipses touch all 4 edges of the plane, great job on managing to do that :)

Most of your elipses are a tad uneven because of the second draw through, smt that helps is that once you start drawing you don't think about where your line needs to go since that was planned during the ghosting part , then you start drawing with your whole arm a confident ellipse , but since your having shoulder problems dont worry about that , your health comes first!Btw i hope your shoulder problems get better soon

    6.Funnels

Here too you tried to fit every ellipse snugly along the curves well done, even if it is tougher to do with a non straight edge it's a really good practice. You kept most of your ellipses along the direction of the minor axis , nicely done

    7. Plotted perspective

You used a ruler to draw your boxes wich and you kept the first lines of your boxes perpendicular to the horizon . And you plotted every single line back to the right vanishing point. so all in all theres nothing to nitpick here ,great job!

    8.Rough Perspective

Managing to land every single line exactly back to the vanishing point is a near impossible task in the beginning but what's important is that you tried and most of your lines do try to reach that center point! The front back of your boxes are rectangular each time.

You planned out your strokes ,wich im glad to see since the ghostin methode is extremly important.

    9.Rotated Boxes

Youve layed out the vertical and horizontal axes, as well as adding the squares at the end of each axis. Youve done a great job at keeping the gaps between the boxes thight and consistent.

The boxes are clearly roatating wich shows that youve done this part of the exercises well.

All in all youve compleed this exercise very well and theres nothing to nitpik

    10.Organic Perspective

It seems as though you remeberd to ghost your lines and you did a good job of drawing shallower foreshortening ,many people tend to draw more dramatic foreshortening wich isent all that recommended for this exercise

    Next Steps:

Now your ready 2 move onto the 250 box challenge, it might seem intimidating but you dont have to rush the exercises.

And remember to draw for fun and not onlyto get better (aka the 50/50 rule) And dont forget to add these exercises to your warups for future lessons!

I strongly encourage you to go review some submissions on the website , You can review some lessons 1 and once you've completed future lessons review those as well. Don't hesitate to do a review every so often. It really benefits you so you don't forget the point of the previous exercises and helps other people who are waiting on a review :)
