https://imgur.com/gallery/fTgHgov Here I did another 50 boxes
here is also another 50 boxes with vanashing point what do you think should i go to the next step https://imgur.com/gallery/Suv5sYK
so do you want me to redo some exercises?
so you just want me to do ellipses
I dont know what i was really aiming for? I also took a break from drawing. here is the 50 boxes https://imgur.com/gallery/66Jwydy
thx is see it now
For some reason its not letting me see the image is there any other way you can fix it also thx for the critique.
no promblem
judging by your work your boxes are not that bad i like how many differnt kind of perspectives you did.But there are still some mistakes first one when you shade your box make sure you visulaize from the viewver perspective on what he will see because when you shaded some of your box they dint match from the viewers eye. Also another thing some of your lines dint meet up to the perspective some lines drift to completely to one side then other just make sure you visualize your lines before you make the line. But these mistakes are bound to happen so overall nice boxes.
Next Steps:
After you complete 250 box challege you go straight to lesson 2 but if you feel like your lacking something dont be afraid to check back on it.
Judging by your i would say pretty good hob but there are still minor mistakes you have for one when Ghosting your lines you fail to meet the mark and some drift away which is bound to happen just make sure you are consistent with your lines. Also the two point perspective was meant to throw you in the deep end of the pool its was meant to be hard so dont beat your self over it.One more thing about elipese I recomended you get in the habit of drawing elipses if you you really think your struggling mosr with it but apart from everthing else nice job.
Next Steps:
After your done with lesson 1 you do the 250 box challege before going onto lesson 2.But i highly recommend you do ellipse exercise as a warmup before you draw.
Here we're getting into the subjective - Gerald Brom is one of my favourite artists (and a pretty fantastic novelist!). That said, if I recommended art books just for the beautiful images contained therein, my list of recommendations would be miles long.
The reason this book is close to my heart is because of its introduction, where Brom goes explains in detail just how he went from being an army brat to one of the most highly respected dark fantasy artists in the world today. I believe that one's work is flavoured by their life's experiences, and discovering the roots from which other artists hail can help give one perspective on their own beginnings, and perhaps their eventual destination as well.
