LINES:

Your superimposed lines look good! You’ve kept your fraying confined to one end which is what you should do! And it doesn’t look like your lines have too much wobble or anything either - they’re mostly smooth and confident! Good job!

It looks like you may be missing your page of ghosted lines - since you said you’ve done this before I’m not too worried about it - I’m also not worried about it because ghosted lines is basically just the same thing as ghosted planes but with fewer lines. Just make sure going forward that you’ve got pictures of every exercise before you submit! Speaking of ghosted planes though - they look absolutely great! Your lines are all very smooth and confident and you have a good variety of different kinds of planes! Great job! On some of your internal lines it looks like you may have forgotten to place down dots on the sides to draw a line between - I can’t tell for sure, but just be mindful of making sure you do that.

ELLIPSES:

Table of ellipses looks good! Your ellipses have little-to-no distortion or wobbling and like with everything else so far, your lines are smooth and confident.

One thing I did notice however is that your amount of small, extra ellipses (the ones that you fill in the remaining gaps of space left over after drawing your bigger ones with) does seem a little sparse. In the video for Table of Ellipses, Uncomfortable says:

“Once you’re finished with the last rectangular space, you can find the little remaining gaps and holes and fill them in with a few more ellipses before calling the page done.”

It’s easy to miss because I don’t believe it actually mentions this in the written content of the lesson page - but it’s important to watch the videos and read the lessons instead of just one or the other, it’ll help you fully absorb the information and I speak from experience when I say, it helps a LOT to be fed the information twice through both the lesson page and the video, and it helps you remember it a LOT better. It does look like you’ve done some of them though, so I’m guessing you did watch the videos which is good!! But you could definitely fit a few more in there, and challenging yourself to draw them even in the tighter spaces is very helpful.

Your ellipses in planes look great! You have almost no distortion in your ellipses, and I feel like at this point saying this is starting to become trite, but again, your lines are smooth and confident. One thing that I did notice though (and this is something I struggled a lot with starting out!) is that some of your ellipses in the less symmetrical planes seem to kind of go off into an egg shape in order to fit the plane they’re in, where it would be better to simply let your ellipse fall slightly outside of the lines if it needs to - don’t sacrifice symmetry in your ellipses for accuracy! It’s worth noting however that it’s not a super big problem and it’s only in a few of your ellipses; mostly all on the first page too. But it was worth mentioning. Here’s a video that I somehow missed when I was first going through the content that helped me a lot with making sure my ellipses in planes were still just as smooth and even as any other ellipses: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=CKgeIA2PqY8&feature=youtu.be

It seems like you may be missing your page of funnels as well - so if you can find that and post a picture I can critique them, but I think somehow they ended up not getting included in the Imgur album. You’ll probably need to find that and post it before I can mark your work as complete, but don’t worry about the ghosted lines page that I mentioned earlier; it’s pretty inconsequential.

BOXES:

Your plotted perspective looks great! The only issue I see is that it looks like you may have forgotten to draw the back line for one of your boxes in the middle section, but it’s not a big deal because all of your other boxes and good and you’ve clearly got the point of the exercise down! Good job!

Rough perspective looks fricken’ fantastic!! I see no problems; gorgeous work!

Your rotated boxes also look absolutely perfect! I see no issues here, either! Masterful job!

And finally, your organic perspective looks great! The first page doesn’t seem to have any issues, and I only see a couple of minor issues with the second page. In the first section of the second page, your front boxes could probably be a bit bigger since they appear to be about the same size as your boxes middle-depth boxes, but it’s only a problem here and quite an inconsequential problem at that. And the other thing was that in your middle section of the second page, your last two boxes in the back seem to get a lot larger despite their distance; based on your perspective of the line, it looks like this may have been intentional, but the rate at which they grew was a little fast since they were still pretty far away. But I’m pretty much just nit-picking at this point; everything looks great and I’m very impressed with your work!

You mentioned that you’d done this lesson and the 250 Box challenge, which is cool, but it does make me have to ask; it doesn’t look like you have Lesson 1 posted anywhere before this one? Did you do it on a different account, or is this the first time you’re posting it? Because it’s important to wait and make sure you’ve gotten your previous lesson or challenge critiqued before moving on to the next one if you’re not already!

But anyway, I just wanna say that your work is very impressive and I think it looks really good! You’ll probably have to find that funnels page and submit it before I can mark the lesson as complete, but I don’t imagine that’s gonna be that big of a problem. Good work!
