Hey Coconutcake!

This is my first review, but i tried my best and hope you did too.

Organic Arrows

The flow of the spiral (Page 2 top right) or circular (Page 1 bottom left) arrow maybe was a bit to much, but overall I think you have got the idea of how something flows in 3D-space.

Organic Forms with Contour Lines

The size of some sausages wasn't 100% consistent (you had some minor tapering), but you should be able to get rid of that by just drawing a lot. I also noticed that some of the ellipses were going out of the boundaries of the sausages, but this isn't much of a problem because the aim of the exercise was to create something solid. Overall your sausages look solid and nice.

Texture Analysis

I can see that you observed your reference well and thought about every shadow. You made a good transition from light to dark, maybe a bit too focused on the dark side, but I could see a transition.

I don't know if a sliced onion is great for studying texture but you tried your best.

HINT: You could have tried to draw the little fluid droplets an onion releases after cutting it.

Dissections

As I already said in the Texture Analysis, you observe very well.

Form Intersections

You did the intersecting great. It looks plausible and well executed. One thing you could focus a bit more is pushing some objects more in the background/foreground. This would give your work a little bit more depth. Overall it's still very good.

Organic Intersections

Most of your sausages overlap nicely and cast a believable shadow. On the other hand, for example on your first page, the sausage in the middle and the rightmost one don't look like the get affected by the other sausages. This also applies to the leftmost on the second page or the top bit of the rightmost on page 2. In conclusion it can still be said that you know how sausages would behave if they lie on each other.

Like me, every now and then you could try a small Organic Intersections exercise. This way you can keep you brain busy and eventually subconsciously draw those kind of intersections.

You are doing great and you are well prepared for the next lesson.

Have fun and keep drawing! :)
