Hi Chrisnoiree. I've just finished Lesson 1 as well, so I'm no means an expert, but I'll try my best to give helpful feedback. I hope you've been keeping up with your 50% rule and your warmups while waiting! Lets begin.

Lines

  • Superimposed Lines: Your lines look confident and I don't see much wobbling nor fraying on both sides.

  • Ghosted Lines: Confident lines, good work!

  • Ghosted Planes: I see some wobble here and there, but majority of them is nice. Just as a remainder, don't forget confident but inaccurate line > Accurate but wobbly line.

Ellipses

  • Tables of Ellipses: Some of the ellipses tend to "float" on the first page without any targets. Remember, ellipses need to have two borders that encase them, to check their accuracy. Also try to keep ellipses in the similar row in similar orientation as much as possible. On the other hand other ellipses are done correctly, especially on the second page, so i suggest you understood the instructions of exercise correctly and wont give any revisions. But if you not sure that you understood this lesson, I recommend to look through material again and watch ScyllaStew's video.

  • Ellipses in Ghosted Planes: They are a bit rough and egg-shaped, but they are confident, keep it with warmups and you will fix it!

  • Funnels: Solid job!

Boxes

  • Planned Perspective: Nothing to add here

  • Rough Perspective: I see repeated lines! In DrawABox, you are not allowed to "fix" lines, you only have one shot at a line, and if you miss it, tough luck. This will force you to have a better planning phase, be mindful when ghosting, and will help your accuracy in the long run. Try to ghost more throughly when going towards the vanishing point, that may prove helpful. Also some of your vanishing points fall too close to either side of the frame. Remember your vanishing point should be not far off the center of the frame.

  • Rotated Boxes: You have an eye for rotations! Solid work. I hope hatching was applied with ghosting method.

  • Organic Boxes: I notice approx. the quarter of boxes extended the wrong way. Boxes are generally the same size. You are leaning more towards the shallow foreshortening, sometimes lines are parallel to each other. This may constitute a re-do, but I'm not gonna reassign this again, as I believe with 250 Boxes Challenge instructions, you will understand and get better with organic boxes too. I STRONGLY recommend reconsuming the material/ScyllaStew's videos before attempting Organic Boxes for warmup.
