Thank you for taking the time to go through my work, I have done the revisions and also included my refrerence for the snake plant bc I am having trouble creating the leaf and then adding to it as you told me to

Congrats on finishing lesson 1, I have reviewed your work and you are showing signs of improvement. What I will reccomend is remember to always use the ghosting method and to always execute your lines with confidence. Take your time with every line.

    Next Steps:

I will reccomend that you do the rotated boxes again. Your boxes should be pulled into the center more, attempt to build your boxes by using each box to tell you where the next should go. https://imgur.com/gallery/JiN2yCV

There is an example as to what I mean. Your original box dictates the placement of the others. Also you should do 1 more page of elipses in planes and 1 more page of rotated boxes.

When finished, reply to this critique with your revisions.

Nice, I would say that you need some work in landing your lines where they need to be. Take your time to adjust the page for your perfect stroke, make sure to use the ghosting method and dont forget to execute with confidence.

    Next Steps:

I would reccomend you to do some planes with elipses and ghosted lines as a warm up each day. Other than that it is my opinion for you to move onto the 250 box challenge.

Pentel Pocket Brush Pen

Pentel Pocket Brush Pen

This is a remarkable little pen. Technically speaking, any brush pen of reasonable quality will do, but I'm especially fond of this one. It's incredibly difficult to draw with (especially at first) due to how much your stroke varies based on how much pressure you apply, and how you use it - but at the same time despite this frustration, it's also incredibly fun.

Moreover, due to the challenge of its use, it teaches you a lot about the nuances of one's stroke. These are the kinds of skills that one can carry over to standard felt tip pens, as well as to digital media. Really great for doodling and just enjoying yourself.
