Thank you so much for you critique. And especcially for all the course.

Regarding the more detail vehicle I did a ortographic study for all of them but yes I did more in detail on the vespa :-).

Here my second attempt for the intersection exercise.

And I'm sorry about the organic shapes I must misunderstood the assignment. I will add some organic shapes to my warm-up.

    Hi,

Great job! Here is my critique.

    1. Superimposed lines the scope of this exercise is getting confident lines, and you did a good job, things to improve is accuracy, but that one will come with practice; some are a bit wobbly, so try to use the shoulder as much as you can. And be careful on the starting point as well.

    2. Ghosted lines Ghosted planes here the accuracy was better, but still some lines are curving, don't worry, too much practice will improve your lines

    3. Table of elipses****Elipses in planes** here again accuracy it's poor lots of gaps in between the ellipses and some you did just one pass, try to take your time when ghosting and be sure you are happy with the ellipse in the air and then without stopping put down the pen do two or three times

4.Funnels some minor axis are a bit tilted off; try to put this exercise in your warmup, and again remember to repass the ellipses so you are sure they are complete.

    5.Plotted well-done nothing to say

6.rough perspective wow, you did a ton of pages. I like your determination; the purpose it's to get a rough idea of where to extend the lines, and you did great. The more you do, the more precise you will be.

7.organic perspective nicely done with the size it's clear which box it's in front. The purpose's to get used to rotating boxes organically again practice will be your best friend.

8.Rotated boxes this squashed effect it's due to the different rotation you gave to the right and left side in respect to the top and bottom; try to keep the boxes a bit closer; this will help you. I liked the quality line, though, in my opinion, it's the most challenging exercise, but you did great by going out of your comfort zone.

Congratulations, now it's time for you to go to the 250 challenge.

I suggest you put all these exercises in your warmup routine.

    Good Luck

    Next Steps:

    250 boxes and keep practicing.

    Hi Luca here,

First of all congratulation on completing the first lesson.

    1) Superimposed lines, I like your lines they are confident but sometimes they don't start from the same point try to pay more attention on where you start them, another thing is try to use more the shoulder and less the elbow I can see they tend to curve.

2)Table of elipses nicely done try to use the second pass to correct the elipses especially when they are far of the edge.

3)Ghosted planes and lines nothing to say I like your lines are confident and accurate

4)Funnel some elipses especially the more external tend to tilt a bit off the monor axis.

5)Elipses in planes no comment your confidence is consistent

6)Organic boxes the only issues here is the size of boxes, you should draw the closer to you the bigger the box

7)Rough and plotted persepctive nothing to add

8)rotated the external boxes top and bottom and sides should rotate more, next time try to complete the most external as well.

Overall great job you can go to the 250 boxes challenge. Good luck

    Next Steps:

    250 boxes challenge

PureRef

PureRef

This is another one of those things that aren't sold through Amazon, so I don't get a commission on it - but it's just too good to leave out. PureRef is a fantastic piece of software that is both Windows and Mac compatible. It's used for collecting reference and compiling them into a moodboard. You can move them around freely, have them automatically arranged, zoom in/out and even scale/flip/rotate images as you please. If needed, you can also add little text notes.

When starting on a project, I'll often open it up and start dragging reference images off the internet onto the board. When I'm done, I'll save out a '.pur' file, which embeds all the images. They can get pretty big, but are way more convenient than hauling around folders full of separate images.

Did I mention you can get it for free? The developer allows you to pay whatever amount you want for it. They recommend $5, but they'll allow you to take it for nothing. Really though, with software this versatile and polished, you really should throw them a few bucks if you pick it up. It's more than worth it.
