Hello, I think that you did well enough to pass this lesson. Great job :)

Here's some pointers that I would like to give you:

First, it seems like you did your lines perfectly in some pages, but in some other pages there's a bit of mishap.

Second and lastly, you can work on your ellipses as a part of your exercise routine before drawing, as I can see, there's also a bit of a mishap there, you should keep the ellipses in bound and not let it go loose as much as you can.

    Next Steps:

Move on to the 250 box challenge, Good luck and keep the pointers in mind.

Great job, I think that you did well in most of the lesson, your ellipses are going to need some work to keep it in bounds, but overall you have passed. Congratulations :)

    Next Steps:

You can go on to the 250 box challenge, keep in mind the lines as you should draw it with confidence, and you should add the ellipses in your exercise routine, as you're having a bit of trouble with it, but overall good job.

Good job, you did well enough in to pass this one. Some pointers I would like to give:

1.Don't redraw the line even if it's way of the mark, we're not supposed to be perfect all the time, but as we go on, you'll have to be more confident with the line, but overall I think you did the lines really well, and I only saw a few mistakes.

2.It seems like you're a bit of a problem with ellipses, but not much that I'll have to make you do it again, but if you will, keep the ellipses in mind, and add to your exercise routine.

    Next Steps:

You can now move on to the 250 box challenge, keep in mind the pointers above.

Pentel Pocket Brush Pen

Pentel Pocket Brush Pen

This is a remarkable little pen. I'm especially fond of this one for sketching and playing around with, and it's what I used for the notorious "Mr. Monkey Business" video from Lesson 0. It's incredibly difficult to draw with (especially at first) due to how much your stroke varies based on how much pressure you apply, and how you use it - but at the same time despite this frustration, it's also incredibly fun.

Moreover, due to the challenge of its use, it teaches you a lot about the nuances of one's stroke. These are the kinds of skills that one can carry over to standard felt tip pens, as well as to digital media. Really great for doodling and just enjoying yourself.

I would not recommend this for Drawabox - we use brush pens for filling in shadow shapes, and you do not need a pen this fancy for that. If you do purchase it, save it for drawing outside of the course.
