Thank you! ^w^ Here's my feedback:
Lines
From what I see in your lines, the biggest instance I see is wobbling. Remember, aim for confident and bold strokes over accurate ones. Accuracy builds with time. Otherwise, your superimposed lines + ghosted lines look good!
Same for your planes. Though I want to note that sometimes you repeat a line. Next time, if you get a inaccurate line, treat it as if it were correct.
Ellipses
Your ellipses in planes were done really well and confidently, albeit sometimes loosely. I'll elaborate on this, but overall you did really well on those.
For your table of ellipses, note to aim for the ellipses to:
a. not overlap
b. not cross bounds (The table the ellipses are drawn in)
It's fine if the ellipses do, but from looking at your tables of ellipses, I'm not sure if you were lost with the intent of it or drew it more loosely. While you should draw your ellipses confidently, having a clear goal for each ellipse should be prioritized equally. The idea of this exercise is to set criteria and goals for the ellipses we draw, and the exercise should reflect the concept. I'm going to request revisions for these, I hope you understand.
While some of the funnel's ellipses are drawn loosely as well, generally the ellipses align to the minor axis, so I won't request revisions for those. Nice job though!
Boxes
Your rough perspective was really nice, and they were really well done. However I want to note that for certain reasons, to use either fine liners or ballpoint for your exercises. This article summarizes up why really well, although you can use ballpoint for this and the 250 box challenge only.
I couldn't find a rough perspective exercise, so I'm going to request revisions for those. It's a required part of the homework, I'll link you the article here.
Your rotated boxes, while exhibit errors, are done nicely too. Same for your organic perspective, the perspective you used was interesting. Though I'll say you submitted 3 of those, one more than the homework asked.
Conclusion
The main points I see reflected in your exercises are loose ellipses and sometimes wobbly lines. Remember priortize confidence over accuracy, but equally prioritize the criteria for the exercise as well.
I'm going to request revisions, (rough perspective + table of ellipses) but overall you did a nice job :)
Next Steps:
-
2 sheets of rough perspective!
-
2 sheets of table of ellipses!
Make sure to look at the assignment articles and read/reread through it thoroughly. Watch the videos if you need more elaboration as well.
