When you draw for fun, you can do whatever you want using any means. The point is to have fun, if you don't want to use fineliners then don't, sooner or later you will start to apply theory you learned, no matter the tool you use.

So first of all, you did pretty well but there are few things I have to point out.

    • Lines (Ghosted lines and lines in general)

Many of your lines seem to arc too much it is visible throughout entire lesson. Most likely you are not using arm, and or using elbow too much. You could also have a natural tendency to arc, in such case you should just make a conscious effort to compensate for it while ghosting.

    • Boxes (Rotated boxes)

Some of you boxes especially bottom left, don't rotate enough (expected) and some seem wobbly but that comes from the previous point.

    • Organic Perspective

Most of them look off, but it is expected. You will learn how to deal with these while doing 250 box challenge.

Just make sure you use your arm correctly and then go crack the 250 box challenge. Good Luck.

Most of the lesson you did correctly, but there are some boxes in Rough Perspective that seem to be really wobbly, did you draw too slow?.

Rotated Boxes are ok, though some boxes like left bottom don't rotate enough.

Organic Perspective is fine, there are some errors but you will soon know how to fix it.

    Rest is all good.

Please move on to the 250 Boxes Challenge, you will soon see huge improvements.

    Good Luck :)

You have done everything correctly apart from the fact, that you scribble and/or try to hide mistakes, it's clearly visible in Organic Perspective boxes. When you make a mistake, leave it, you will use it as a reference when thinking about what to improve. Also when applying weight on the boxes, don't do it several times, do it just once using ghosting like explained here (https://drawabox.com/lesson/250boxes/1/lineweight). All the rest seems good, especially funnels.

Please move on to the 250 box challenge, you will soon see big improvements. Good Luck.

It's all correct for the most part, but axes in funnels should be drawn with ruler yours aren't, keep that in mind when you do this exercise in future as a warmup. Also in rough perspective, you added weight to the edges, it would be fine if you added weight on the outer edges not on the closest face (https://drawabox.com/lesson/250boxes/1/lineweight). Please keep on moving and do 250 box challenge next. You will soon see huge improvements, Good Luck.

Like the Staedtlers, these also come in a set of multiple weights - the ones we use are F. One useful thing in these sets however (if you can't find the pens individually) is that some of the sets come with a brush pen (the B size). These can be helpful in filling out big black areas.

Still, I'd recommend buying these in person if you can, at a proper art supply store. They'll generally let you buy them individually, and also test them out beforehand to weed out any duds.
