I wanted to ask if you noticed there was a particular type of box you thought I should get more practice with going forward with my warmups. Or if there was anything in particular I should be focus on improving from this exercise.
Thank you for the review and sorry for the late reply. If I might ask, what would be a good set of warmups to do at this level. So far I've just been warming up with some ghosted lines in rows and elipses in between. Is there anything else or perhaps better you'd recommend?
